Miranda is an amazing yoga teacher with a beautiful energy and a good spirit.
She very carefully adapts her classes depending of your feelings and your mood of the day. Her classes are always different. The tone of her voice is so relaxing. I look forward each week to her class because I feel great after.

I have been doing Yoga with Miranda online for over two years. It's been life changing - I feel stronger physically than before and also it centres me at the start and end of each week.
The fact that the yoga classes I do are online are key to me doing them - I have the time and convenience of attending them in my home with no travel, and Miranda is a careful teacher watching our technique through the screens and correcting us if we go wrong.

I was new to yoga so I signed up to Miranda’s starter course and just loved it. Miranda is passionate about what she does and ensures you are doing everything correctly . No two classes are ever the same she listens to what I need and tailors the class to suit. Her love for what she does rubs off and by the end of the class I feel relaxed and invigorated.

- When does the Glow Code start?The Glow Code is self paced. You can start it anytime you like. You also have lifetime access to the programme and as an alumni to the programme you will be invited to join the programme free of charge anytime I run the glow classes live.
- What do I need for the Glow Code?You will need:
- A yoga mat
- A blender for delicious smoothies
- A juicer for cleansing juices (if you don't have a juicer you can make an extra smoothie instead)
--- that's it! - What level are the movement classes?The Glow classes focus on yoga and pilates based movements and are not 'strict' yoga. The movement classes are aimed to create more flexibility, more strength, more tone, to reduce stress, give you time to connect inwardly and support you to feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
- How will I access the classes/recipes?The glow class recordings are in the ThriveCart Learn portal which is also where you will find the daily recipes and Glow Pillar audios.
You will need to set a password after your purchase to access the ThriveCart Learn portal. - Can I see a sample menu?The recipes are all vegan, gluten free and nutrient dense to flood your body with goodness. Of course you are welcome to adapt the recipes as you choose.
Everyday you will get:
- 1 juice recipe (e.g. The Green Goddess juice: 1/2 cucumber, 2 sticks of celery, 1 apple, 1/2 lemon, 2 handfuls of kale or spinach).
- 1 smoothie recipe (e.g. The Very Berry: 1 cup of frozen berries, 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and plant based milk).
- 1 salad recipe (e.g The Detox Salad: Grate carrots, red cabbage and fennel and dress with Thai-style peanut butter dressing)
- 1 hot meal recipe (e.g. Broccoli soup with a slice of the Life changing loaf and avocado). - Will I be hungry?No. This is not a diet or about restriction. If you're hungry you will simply eat some veggies, fruit or make a smoothie.
- Will I lose weight?If you have weight to lose you likely will. We must show ourselves compassion, nourishment and nurturing, rather than using shame, punishment and force as an approach to weight loss. The number on the scale simply explains your gravitational pull toward Earth and is not the best indicator of health. During the 10 days you will feed every cell in your body and swap processed food for real, living, nutrient-dense food which will naturally curb your appetite and cravings. The by-product is that you will likely release weight if you need to.
